The cancellation policy of any reservation may vary depending on the room rates, occupancy levels, availability or other Hotel requirements. The cancellation policy will normally be provided to you along with the confirmation of your reservation. Any cancellation of your reservation through this website must comply with the cancellation policy applicable to the reservation.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is our standard cancellation policy that in the event of a cancellation of your guaranteed reservation less than 48 hours prior to 12.00 pm of your scheduled arrival date (according to the local hotel time), or in case you fail to show up without a valid reason, the Hotel has the right to debit a one-night cancellation charge from the credit/ debit card provided to secure the reservation and/or saved in your account.

Upon cancellation of the booking, the refund of the booking amount will be initiated. The booking amount after deduction of cancellation charges and taxes, as applicable, will be credited into the bank account of the Customer using the same payment mode (i.e. debit card/credit card/net banking and any electronic mode) by which the booking was made by the Customer.
